Grassy nose. Notes of unripe tropical fruit, mild artichoke, freshly mown hay and a touch of black pepper.  This exquisitely high phenol Arbequina is the highest we seen it in this cultivar. It manifests slightly greener than past examples - still delightful.  If you are looking for something softer, test the Hojiblanca.
