The last few pressings of Hojiblanca have been robust. Experience the softer side of the cultivar this time around. Tropical fruit with round and buttery mouthfeel. Predominant aromas are ripe apple, and tropical fruit and flowers along with notes of with cooked artichoke, soft spices and a touch of pepper.
