SWEET & BUTTERY!  Delightful flowery aroma. Smooth ripe fruitiness accompanied by soft sensations of new grass. Notes of ripe apple butter along with hints of herb.  Excellent as an everyday oil or paired with your favorite white balsamic to allow softer notes of the white balsamic to bloom. Soft pepper.  High phenol count usually boasts a big pepper finish. This oil has only a touch of pepper manifesting which allows high anti-oxidant benefit with lessintensity on the palate.
