Balsamic with a cinnamon twist. Outrageous with Roasted Walnut Oil or Orange Olive oil as a dressing.

Delightful Sri Lankan toasted cinnamon aroma blended and the sweet taste of Anjou pear make a savory and sweet delight. Try with Orange Olive Oil, Walnut Oil or a fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Excellent as dressing, or glazed over squash or sweet potatoes. Pairs well with an Extra Virgin Olive oil that has apple notes.
