Gremolata is a traditional Italian herb condiment consisting of Fresh Lemon Zest, minced Garlic, Italian Flat Leaf Parsley and a hint of Mint. These Oils are blended with Fresh Extra Virgin Olive Oil to create this versatile oil.

Perfect on Pasta, Vegetables, Meat and Salad. Try with Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic for a beautiful, bright flavor.
