Wonderfully fragrant! Lightly roasted before pressing.

Slightly sweet on the tip of the tongue with a smooth nutty follow through. Fantastic for baking. Substitute for vegetable oil in banana bread, dipping bread, and over oatmeal. Bake chicken or fish.  For dressings, combine with our Red Apple or Granny Smith Apple White Balsamic for a fall-fresh flavor.

Very high in omega 3 essential fatty acids.
