Oil and Vinegar Return Policy

As a food product, all sales of Oil and Vinegar are Final unless damaged or defective.


Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed and shipped. The shipping method you choose at checkout will be applied to your order.

If UPS GROUND is selected, we reserve the option to use UPS, a local carrier, or have an ORO employee deliver directly to your home. The rate generated by UPS will be the rate charged regardless of method used. Flat Rate Shipping is calculated based on an order's sub-total after any promo code discount has been is applied.

Orders selecting IN-STORE PICKUP option must pick up orders within 7 days of placing the order or items will be returned to stock without refund.

Merchandise Return Policy

You may return unused or damaged merchandise (excluding Oils and Vinegars) for a full refund within 15 days of ship date. Simply pay the cost of return shipping. If you received damaged items or an incorrect order, please contact us at web@orodioliva.com and let us know the reason for the desired return and order number. We will mutually determine best course of action. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) When returning any item, please include a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return and ship to:

Please send any agreed upon returns via UPS ground. If you return your product via a faster, more expensive shipper, the additional shipping expenses will not be reimbursed.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. Once your credit is processed, you will receive notification via e-mail. To replace or exchange your return item, simply re-order the product from the online store.

Wrong shipping address

If the wrong address was provided and a package is returned to us, additional shipping and handling will be charged.
