Our Champagne Vinegar hails from the Ardenne region of France.  Use this wine vinegar to introduce an elegant touch of crisp, creamy acidity to an array of vinaigrettes, marinades, and sauces.  Brighten up butter based sauces, homemade mayo or aioli, pickling and preserving! Pair with a single varietal Extra Virgin or any of the Herb forward flavored olive oils such as Herbes de Provence, Garlic or Gremolata.
