Cure to the generic bottled teriyaki sauce. Prominent notes of tangy ginger, and a hint of sweet lemongrass are balanced with a slight shoyu-like saltiness.
Use to marinate beef, chicken or tofu. Splash over fried rice or stir fry. Brush over grilled salmon, veggies or pineapple!
