Sweet watermelon + cooling mint. Perfect addition to summer spritzers, cocktails, and shrubs. Combine with Basil olive oil and drizzle over mixed greens topped with sliced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, crumbled feta and fresh watermelon. Drizzle over fruit salads or reduce over low heat and drizzle over cauliflower, cucumbers, or green beans.
