Watermelon Rosé Balsamic Fruit Vinegar

Paying Homage to summer. Made with unfiltered Italian Watermelon Pulp!

This vibrant fruit vinegar is bright and refreshing!  Perfect addition to summer spritzers, cocktails, and shrubs.  Combine with Basil olive oil and drizzle over mixed greens topped with sliced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, crumbled feta and fresh watermelon.  Drizzle over fruit salads or reduce over low heat and drizzle over cauliflower, cucumbers, or green beans.  Refrigerate and serve!
(Shake before using to distribute pulp)
